Open Back Sorters - Elevated

Open-Back Sorters are typically used where mail is "passed through" sorted on one side and collected by the recipient on the other. Elevated sorters offer more workspace by raising the sorter off the work area.

  • Available with low elevation (L) or higher elevations (H) for equipment and computer placement under sorter pockets.
  • All Sorters are 15" deep with 14" deep sorting shelves. Sorting pockets are 3" high. .
  • Sorting shelves have thumb cuts and labeling flanges on both front and back of shelves.
  • Available in 5 widths with columns as follows:
    • 24" Wide Sorters configured with 2 columns of 11"W shelves
    • 36" Wide Sorters configured with 2 columns of 11"W shelves and 1 column of 12"W shelves
    • 48" Wide Sorters configured with 2 columns of 11"W shelves and 2 columns of 12"W shelves
    • 60" Wide Sorters configured with 2 columns of 11"W shelves and 3 columns of 12"W shelves
    • 72" Wide Sorters configured with 2 columns of 11"W shelves and 4 columns of 12"W shelves
  • Preconfigured models available or build-your-own by specifying empty sorter. Click here for sorting shelves, supports and rails to configure your own sorter.
  • Available in several attractive paint colors. Water-based acrylic enamel paint is 1.5 mil thick and baked at a 300 degree oven temperature for a durable finish. Prior to painting, all components are cleaned via three-stage washer/sealer system.
